According to wirelessadvisor.com, ATT Wireless has completed a two year, $1.3 billion upgrade to its network of cell towers/sites in L.A. The company boasts that, last year it built 257 new cell sites in ?Greater Los Angeles? and that it has added ?almost 560? new cell sites in LA in the last two years.
